These (almost) high school sweethearts tied the knot with a timeless, country style celebration
If you haven't visited Lake Como, add it to your travel shopping list because it is a must-see destination. A place full of quiet, hidden alcoves framed by wonderful wisteria blossoms, and magnificent villas flanking the sides of the grand lake. Lake Como is one of the most sought-after wedding and engagement destinations in the world, and it's because it offers such a spectacular backdrop. A backdrop our couple, Danielle & Greg, embraced during their own engagement! Before tying the knot at the beautiful Mulberry House wedding venue in Essex last November.

We are so pleased to be now sharing the pictures from Danielle and Greg's big day, alongside a few words from the bride herself about their journey up to this point.
How did you meet?
Greg and I were in the same year at secondary school, but only reconnected and started dating after university.
How did you get engaged?
Lake Como in Italy. The most beautiful place!
What was your favourite moment(s) from the wedding?
We surprised our friends and family with a choreographed dance (including a lift at the end) to L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole. We had secret dance lessons in the lead up to the big day, which became such a fun activity. Would highly recommend to other couples!
Tell us all about your wedding dress!
I knew I wanted something classic and timeless, but had an open mind on the shape. Valentina from Etoile by Ezoani was perfect! I loved the satin corset and how it tapered to the waist. The skirt had volume but was super light! I felt like a princess all day.
What was the general decor for your big day?
Mulberry House in Essex was our perfect wedding venue. It's a Georgian Manor house with stunning gardens and a very country, cosy vibe. The team there are so lovely too! I love gardening, so flowers were a must, and I was lucky enough to have a talented family friend prepare our fresh flowers. My mum made our wedding cake too which was so special, topped by crochet figurines I'd made of us.

How was your Bellissima experience?
I had the best experience at Bellissima, from the first try-on visit to picking up my dress after cleaning. Everyone there are so helpful, kind and genuinely excited for each and every bride. Big thanks to Danielle who helped me pick my dress and Rose who altered it to perfection.
