Book Your Bridesmaids Appointment

​

If you're going to have bridesmaids, then our Mori Lee maids are just the job! Have a look at our website, make your wish list and book them in for an appointment. There's also a limited range of matching teen and pre-teen styles.

Delivery can be up to 16 weeks depending on the size/style/fabric.

Don't forget, as a Platinum bride, you'll get a 15% discount on all full-priced styles! Once the dresses have arrived, simply pick them up and arrange to take them (along with your maids) to a seamstress of your choice – we have a list, don't worry! Alteration charges are paid directly to your seamstress.

Book an Accessories Appointment

​

Once the dust has settled, and you're ready to continue your bridal journey, call us to book in your accessories' appointment. Our veils, hairpieces, jackets and dress extras are made to order for you and can take up to 12 weeks to arrive in store. Make sure you've got your items on order in plenty of time for them to arrive for you to try on and take home on the day of your pre-fit.

As a Platinum bride, you'll enjoy a 10% discount on all of our lovely accessories.

We'll call you as soon as your bridal gown arrives in-store, and arrange for you to come and see her for the first time, we call this a pre-fit…

Your Pre-fit & Storage

​

Once you've tried on your beautiful gown, and paid any outstanding balance, it's time to decide if you'd like us to store and insure her for you, or if you'd prefer to take her home and return with her for your fittings. If you decide she's better off with us then, as a Platinum bride, our storage fee is only £5 per month or part of a month, instead of the usual £10 per month. If you're taking her home, then we'll make sure she leaves us well protected - just remember though that we can't be responsible for anything that
happens to her once out of our care.

Your Fittings

​

Our Platinum brides have their fittings carried out upstairs in our gorgeous alterations suite. So, after your pre-fit, we'll give you all the information you need to arrange to have your dress fitted. Please be aware that alteration fees are a separate and additional charge to the price of the gown itself. A price guide is available on request.

Our seamstresses are all self-employed and manage their own diaries and finances, all fittings enquiries, date changes, queries, complaints and payments must be made directly with or to them, and not through Bellissima Weddings.

In the extremely unlikely event that you are not happy with their work, or have any dispute or query, we ask you please to contact the seamstress directly for any resolution you require, including compensation or legal proceedings.

 

In-house fittings are held on weekdays from 10am to 4pm.

Your Pickup

​

Aisle or Airport ready – it's your choice. Once your fittings are complete, we'll liaise with you to book a pick-up date and time, and we'll note how you'd like your gown prepared. A lot of time and expertise is involved in getting your gown ready for the big day, and this service is what truly sets Bellissima apart.

Your Dress Cleaning

​

After your wedding, we'll clean and box your gown so that she's safe and preserved for future generations, or ready to sell if you feel you can let her go! Platinum Party brides have an additional second clean included.
