So... you like what you see & you want to visit us? Here's how to book your appointment

We’d LOVE to welcome you and help you find the dress of your dreams - here’s how to make that bridal appointment happen!
 
Firstly, as we operate a closed-door policy here at Bellissima, we work strictly by appointment only. This means that, once you’re inside our beautiful store, you can fully relax. Safe in the knowledge that your changing room and area is exclusively for you and your party. Completely private.
 
As a fully licensed premises, and in the interest of safeguarding, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the building under any circumstances.

 

So, how do I make an appointment?
 
It’s easy - either call us during shop hours on 01245 323 585 or email us at online@bellissimaweddings.co.uk stating that you’d like to make an appointment. In your email please provide us with a phone number and a convenient time to call you on. That way we can ring you back when you're ready and find you the perfect day and time for your visit.
 
Depending on availability and how many people you’d like to bring along, we’ll find you the most suitable changing area to accommodate your wishes.
 
As the messaging systems on both Instagram and Facebook are neither particularly reliable, nor easy to keep track of, we’d always advise you to communicate with us via email as the most secure way of reaching out to us.
 
It’s worth noting that, here at Bellissima, we offer several different types of appointment for our new brides-to-be; so here’s a brief description of what we offer:

 
Our Classic First Visit
 
You’ve set the date - you've booked a venue - and you’re ready to go looking for ‘THE ONE’.
 
Our first visit appointment is perfect for this and is available to book during the day, or on our two late evenings (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and also on Saturdays. Check out our bridal suites here to see which one would best suit your party.
 
Once you’re booked in we’ll explain how to compile your wish list and answer any questions you may have regarding your visit.
 
All our prices are clearly displayed on our website and, before your visit, it’s always worth having an honest chat with whoever is ultimately buying your dress (even if it’s yourself!) Just so that gnarly ‘budget’ word doesn’t spoil your fun. 

With prices ranging from about £1,000 (less for an off-the-rail gown) to over £5,000 - and with order times varying wildly between designers (currently anything from one week to over 6 months), it's also imperative we know what timescale and budget we are working to when helping you find your dream gown. Our only mission is to find you a dress that's right for you, at the right price and that'll be delivered at the right time.
 
Once you’ve chosen your gown, we’ll go over the Order of Services we offer, from a Simple to Platinum service, we have something for everyone.
 
Come with an open mind even if you’ve got very specific ideas and let the gowns work their magic!
 
A classic first visit typically runs for 1.5 hours

Our Bellissima Taster Session

 

This bridal appointment is perfect for a bride-to-be who hasn’t yet set a date, or just wants to get ideas and isn’t ready to commit to buying yet.

 

During our taster session we'll introduce you to all the different bridal silhouettes, fabrics and styles so you can get a better idea of what might suit you. 

​

Come alone or bring a couple of trusted family members or friends; this is a relaxed and enjoyable way to find what suits you. Knowing what you like on your own frame can often help make the decision on a particular venue or even the whole look and feel of your wedding.

 

As gown availability changes over the course of the seasons, we cannot promise that a specific gown will be available to order at a later date, so we don’t narrow your search to a specific dress, nor do we note down styles for you.

 

A taster session is exactly what it says on the box - a taste of what to expect when you are ready to book a Classic First Visit.

 

Please note that due to the high demand of our Classic First Visits we cannot offer taster sessions on Saturdays

 

​Disclaimer - Bridal dresses are magic and sometimes they make you fall in love with them when you least expect it… If this happens during a taster session, we can’t be responsible for this, nor can we promise that any particular style will still be available to purchase at a later date! *

A Taster Session typically runs for an hour.

Our VIBE Appointment

​

This truly is a Very Important Bellissima Experience - this appointment is perfect for that EXTRA moment in your bridal dress search that you’ve been waiting for 

 

Our VIBE appointments are available to book for selected Wednesday and Thursday evenings throughout the year and are available at a non-refundable cost of £190.

 

 

A VIBE appointment offers the following extras

 

- An extra-long 3-hour appointment for you the bride, and up to 5 guests over the age of 16

- An extended wish-list of gowns to try on

- Exclusive booking of the whole downstairs area of Bellissima Weddings

- Two bridal stylists to help you and your party have the bridal experience of a lifetime

- Bottomless Prosecco

- Nosecco for the non-drinkers

- Soft drinks for any 16 to under 18-year-olds

- Sweet and Savoury Grazing snacks

- A curated playlist of your favourite songs - and yes, we do take requests!

- The opportunity to have gifts exchanged, best wishes cards read out, flowers presented, or even 'Be my Bridesmaids' proposals (we will arrange all of this with your designated person before your VIBE appointment.) 

- A goody bag for the bride

- As many photos taken on the night as you wish - we’ll help you pose and take selfies so that you all look amazing!
